RGB Configuration
| Part Number | Color | LED Density | Power |
|---|---|---|---|
| P60-IP2012V10M-RGB-xx | RGB Color-Changing | 60 LEDs/m | 5W/ft |
RGB Color Control
An RGB controller is required to independently control the red, green, and blue channels. Compatible controllers allow you to mix colors, adjust brightness, and create dynamic color-changing effects.
Higher Density, Smoother Color
With 60 LEDs per meter, the Professional Series places twice as many LEDs along the strip as our standard-density Contractor Series version. The closer LED spacing provides stronger output and a more uniform line of color, especially in channels, coves, displays, and other applications where the strip is viewed more directly.
Lengths & Cutting
Available in 3 ft, 6 ft, 9 ft, 12 ft, and full 16.4 ft (5m) roll lengths. The strip can be cut every 2 inches at the marked copper cut points.
Installation & Connections

RGB strip sections can be connected with compatible 4-pin solderless connectors or by soldering multi-conductor wire between sections. The maximum continuous run is 16.4 ft; longer installations should use additional power feeds or be wired in parallel to minimize voltage drop.
Power & Control
A 12V DC power supply and compatible RGB controller are required. Use the Power by Length table below when sizing the power supply for each continuous strip run.
Power by Length
| Strip Length | Approx. Power |
|---|---|
| 1 ft | 4.8W |
| 2 ft | 9.6W |
| 3 ft | 14.4W |
| 6 ft | 20.8W |
| 9 ft | 27.2W |
| 12 ft | 33.6W |
| 16.4 ft (5m Full Roll) | 40W |
Important: Power draw is not linear over longer strip runs. Voltage drop along the strip reduces the actual wattage as the run gets longer, so a full 16.4 ft (5m) roll draws approximately 40W rather than the amount calculated by multiplying the short-length watts-per-foot value across the entire roll. Use the values above when sizing a power supply for a continuous run.
