LO-TRACK-RS · Slim recessed channel kit

Build the light into the surface.

Give cabinets, shelves, and millwork an integrated line of light. This shallow aluminum channel sits inside a routed groove, with slim trim flanges covering the groove edges for a neat, built-in finish.

A small upgrade. A cleaner installation.

A built-in finish for custom millwork.

Set the channel into the underside of a shelf or cabinet to light the surface below. The body is concealed within the wood, leaving the diffuser and narrow aluminum trim visible.

Clean edges around the recess

The flanges overlap the groove edges, creating a tidy transition between the channel and surrounding surface.

A softer line of light

The frosted cover conceals the exposed strip and softens visible LED points for a more finished appearance.

A durable aluminum base

Anodized aluminum keeps the strip neatly supported and helps conduct heat away from the LEDs.

LED strip, power supply, mounting screws, and optional mounting tape are sold separately.

Plan the recess. Check the fit.

Channel cross-section: 21.7mm overall flange width, 15.1mm body width, 11.3mm internal width and 5.7mm height

Fits LED strips up to 10mm wide. The drawing shows a 15.1mm body width; 21.7mm is the overall width across the trim flanges. Dimensions are in millimeters.

Measure the actual channel, mounting hardware, and wire path before routing. Allow clearance for connectors and strip coatings beneath the shallow lens.

For the smoothest visible line, consider a compatible COB strip. The diffuser alone does not guarantee a dot-free result.
