The flexible IP20 strip includes 3M adhesive backing for easy installation and is available in multiple white color temperatures and custom lengths.

Lengths & Cutting
Available in 3 ft, 6 ft, 9 ft, 12 ft, and full 16.4 ft (5m) roll lengths. The strip can also be cut every 2 inches at the marked copper cut points.
Installation & Connections

Strips can be connected by soldering wire between sections or with compatible solderless connectors. The maximum continuous run is 16.4 ft; longer installations should use additional power feeds or be wired in parallel to minimize voltage drop.
Shorter custom lengths include a power connection on one end, while full 16.4 ft rolls include connections on both ends.
Power & Dimming
A 12V DC power supply is required. Use the Power by Length table below to size the power supply for each continuous strip run. The strip is PWM dimmable using a compatible 12V dimmer installed between the power supply and LED strip.

Important: Power draw is not linear over longer strip runs. Voltage drop along the strip reduces the actual wattage as the run gets longer, so a full 16.4 ft (5m) roll draws approximately 40W rather than the amount calculated by multiplying the short-length watts-per-foot value across the entire roll. Use the values above when sizing a power supply for a continuous run.

FAQ
Why High Density LED Flex Strips?
These strips are our Standard Density LED Flex Strips on steroids. They are double populated (60 LEDs/meter compared to 30), therefore they pack a lot more lumen output. Needless to say, these are the strips you need for those applications that need a very bright linear light. They are great for outdoor applications as they are brighter and much more noticeable. They are also better for larger rooms/households. If you have an exceptionally large area you probably want to go with these high density strips as they will give you the light you need to illuminate up your spot.
Are there any tutorials on how to set these up?

Does the 3M tape backing work on its own for mounting these strips?
In our own tests and from talking with customers, the strips seem to hold well with just the taped backing. If you have an application where the strips are exposed to outside elements or in an area you can't easily fix, we would recommend using a little bit of hot glue, gorilla glue, or U shaped nails/brackets to add some support.
Can you use a battery as a power source?
Since batteries give off direct current (DC) they can be used to power the strips. Just make sure it's 12VDC and always make sure to check the amperage so you know you are set.
How do the strips connect to the power source?
The flex strips come with 6 inch wire leads on one end. These can be wired straight to power supplies with terminal blocks like our open frame power supplies.
When using a desktop power supply, however, it is best to use our screw-in terminal power plug connectors to make an easy connection. (you will want a female plug and check your power supply specs to see if you need a 2.1 or 2.5mm)
How can you connect two lengths of strips together?
This can easily be done in a couple different ways, but first, you must note that you are only able to connect these strips in lengths up to 32 feet (2 full reels). After this, the voltage drop is too great throughout the strip and you will lose your light. If you need more you will need to run wire from the extra length back to your power source directly.
You can connect the strips by soldering wire in between the strips. If you don't want to use wire or are unable to solder than our 2-pin (for single color strips) and 4-pin (RGB strips) connectors will work. You can choose a gapless connection or choose one that has 6 inch wires in between for tight corners or small gaps. Take a look at the accessories tab under wires and connectors for these options.
How do I connect to the solder pads with the silicone in the way?
In order to make connections like we talked about above you will need to take a razor blade or small knife and carefully cut into the silicone to peel it away. WARNING: do not cut too far down and into the strip as this will ruin the strip and will not work properly.
Can I dim and control these LED strip lights from a standard switch and dimmer?
No, you will need what is called a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Dimmer. We have a few options in the accessories tab under Dimmers and Controllers.
You can, however, use a standard switch on the outlet that supplies power to the strips. This would allow you to turn the power on/off to the strips, but would not give you any dimming capabilities.
What size power supply do I need?
These LED flex strip lights need to be powered by 12VDC, the amperage of the power supply will determine the total wattage your power supply can handle. (Wattage = Volts x Amps)
Find out the length you are running, and use the chart below figure in your wattage and select a 12VDC output power supply that can handle that wattage. You don't want to max out your power supply, so it is usually a good idea to get a slightly larger power supply than you may need.
My Remote Control dimmer for the LED Strips stopped working, what do I do?
Your remote control may have become unpaired with the LED strip receiver. Directions to re-connect LED strip controller.
