10mm Sauna-Rated RGBW LED Strip Light — 24V, 5W/ft, High-Temp. IP68

Description

Part of our Element Series, this sauna-rated 24V RGBW LED strip combines vibrant RGB color-changing light with a dedicated 3000K Warm White channel. Its high-temperature IP68 TPU/silicone housing is designed for demanding sauna and steam-room environments, with operation up to 90°C.

RGBW Configuration

RGB Color + Dedicated Warm White

RGBW gives you the flexibility of red, green, and blue color-changing effects plus a dedicated 3000K white channel for more natural everyday illumination. Use a compatible RGBW controller to switch between white light, saturated colors, mixed colors, and dynamic effects from the same strip.

Engineered for Sauna Temperatures

The high-temperature TPU/silicone housing is designed for demanding environments with an operating range from -30°C to 90°C. This makes the strip well suited for sauna and steam-room lighting where conventional LED strip construction may not tolerate elevated heat and moisture.

Flexible Color & White Light

The strip uses 60 high-output 5050 RGBW LEDs per meter to provide both color-changing capability and dedicated white illumination. A double-layer flexible circuit board helps manage heat and voltage drop inside the heavier protective housing.

IP68 Environmental Protection

The strip is fully encapsulated in a flexible TPU/silicone blend for IP68 protection. The housing provides resistance to moisture, UV exposure, and demanding environmental conditions while remaining flexible enough for typical sauna and architectural installations.

Cutting & Maintaining IP68 Protection

The RGBW strip can be cut every 4 inches at the designated cut points. Cutting the factory-sealed strip forfeits the manufacturer's IP68 rating at the cut end. Any field-cut ends or connections must be properly resealed when IP68 protection is required.

Maximum continuous run length is 32.8 ft (two 5m reels). Longer installations should use separate parallel runs back to the power source to minimize voltage drop.

Power & RGBW Control

A 24V DC power supply and compatible RGBW controller are required. The controller independently manages the red, green, blue, and white channels for color mixing, white-light selection, brightness adjustment, and dynamic effects.

Mounting

The strip includes 3M adhesive backing, and mounting clips can provide additional mechanical support. Use a mounting method appropriate for the temperature, surface, and moisture conditions of the sauna installation.
