Description

Introducing LUXdrive's groundbreaking LED light module featuring the Stanley 265nm LED. This module utilizes a unique 20mm hexagonal metal core circuit board, seamlessly integrating the Stanley UV-C chip for unparalleled disinfection efficiency. With a maximum drive current of 500mA, this LED delivers over 70mW output power at 440mA, setting a new standard in UV-C technology.

The Stanley 265nm LED is a technological marvel, overcoming challenges associated with shorter wavelengths. Utilizing high-quality AlN single crystal substrates from HexaTech, Stanley achieves a remarkably low dislocation density of about 104 cm-2, a fraction of what is typically found in AlGaN layers grown on sapphire substrates. This innovative approach allows for the growth of AlGaN layers with superior UV transparency.

In sterilization tests, the 265nm LED demonstrated a germicidal effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 1.8 times higher than that of 280nm LEDs. Furthermore, the actual germicidal power of the 265nm LEDs surpassed that of 280nm LEDs by approximately 1.3 times. LuxDrive's LED light module with the Stanley 265nm LED not only promises enhanced throughput and design flexibility for disinfection devices but also establishes a benchmark in UV-C technology, with typical applications spanning disinfection of water/liquids, surfaces, inspection light sources, and air purification.
