The ALC1003 Millwork LED Aluminum Channel is designed for clean, discreet LED strip light installations in custom cabinetry, furniture, shelving, displays, and architectural millwork. Its low-profile format is ideal for routed wood channels and compact installations where the goal is to integrate light into the design without exposing the fixture hardware.

Designed for Flush, Built-In Lighting Details

This profile is built for applications where standard surface-mounted channel may sit too proud of the finished material. The shallow 8mm profile depth allows the channel to sit cleanly within routed millwork, while the wider 19.1mm base helps create a stable, finished installation. It is well suited for cabinets, closets, retail displays, built-ins, shelving, and other low-clearance lighting details.

Fits LED Strips up to 13mm Wide

The ALC1003 accepts LEDdynamics FlexTape and compatible rigid or flexible LED strips up to 13mm wide. This gives installers more flexibility when selecting LED tape for task lighting, accent lighting, display lighting, or architectural linear lighting applications.

Enhanced Optical Control with Fusion Optix Lens Options

When paired with optics by Fusion Optix, the ALC1003 supports enhanced optical control for cleaner light output, improved visual uniformity, and reduced glare. The optional PC diffusion lens helps smooth the appearance of the LED strip, making the channel a strong option for visible or semi-visible installations where the finished look matters.

Professional Finish Options and Accessories

The ALC1003 is available in lengths up to 96 inches and can be ordered with no optic or with a PC diffusion lens. Finish options include clear anodized, white, black, and custom finishes when required. End caps are sold separately in grey, black, or white to complete the installation.
