HexaTherm™ LED Star Thermal Pads provide a simple, reliable way to mount LED stars and modules directly to a heatsink while creating an efficient thermal path away from the LEDs. Each precision pre-cut pad combines high thermal conductivity, electrical isolation and double-sided adhesion in one easy-to-use interface—eliminating the need to cut thermal tape or apply messy thermal compounds. Simply peel, position and press the LED star into place. Designed specifically for high-performance LED applications, HexaTherm™ pads are supplied conveniently on sheets and are ideal for prototypes, lighting projects and production assembly where consistent thermal management and clean installation matter.

Electrically isolated thermal sheet, precision cut in a hexagonal shape to fit star LEDs. Thermally conductive electrically isolating double-sided sheet, for attaching your LED 'Star' to a heatsink. The A001-H hexagonal shape with a center hole for LED Stars with center holes. Our HexaTherm comes in either 10pc sheets or 100pc sheets and is a great alternative to thermal grease or epoxy.
