Description

MR16 lighting is an ideal application for retro fitting with LEDs. To achieve the lumen (LUX) levels compared to dated lighting like halogen, you need to provide enough heat sink to cool the LED. This MR16 heat sink is ideal for open-air cooling, used in combination with high-power LEDs. The size is specific to our 3-Up Cree or Luxeon LEDs. These are approximately 20mm in diameter and the space is just deep enough to hold the secondary Carclo lens that fits these LEDs. For specific dimensions please refer to the included drawing below.
