The Osram 850nm Infrared LED is a high-power LED mounted to a 1-inch square thermal core printed circuit board for easy installation and soldering. The radiant flux of the LED is 530mW, its maximum driver current is 1000mA with a typical forward voltage of 1.5Vdc.
